File Format

We will provide your stationery in a print-ready format including bleed, in PDF file format. This is ready for you to send straight to your printer for printing. We will always ask you to check and approve the artwork we send you before issuing the final files to you.

What to Include

As well as adding your logo, you should add your business trading address and if different, and if you are a limited company, your company registration details. We'll advise you exactly on what you should include and this is a legal requirement of Companies House.

Also, you can add your business telephone, website address and perhaps a generic email address such as This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We'd advise you not to personalise stationery such as adding your own name (except where legally requried to do so), personal email address, mobile number, etc, as these are liable to change.

You can also include any membership, affiliation, partner or association logos. These must be used by you with the permission of the owners of that logo or artwork.

Beware of using any information which may become quickly outdated or be liable to change, as then you might not be able to use your printed materials anymore and will need to amend the stationery and have it re-printed. All extra costs which you could possibly avoid.
